Returns

You can return any stationery purchased from me within 14 days. Our policy lasts 14 days. If this period has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for another item.

To receive a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, I am not able to propose the return of products that were made to special order or those that were personalized.

Refunds (if applicable)
I will be grateful for information on a possible return, using the available contact channels: email, fb, phone.

After we receive and verify your return, we’ll send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of a refund.

Exchange
Any exchange of the ordered goods is possible after prior contact. Please contact us using the email address info@ablesnail.com

Shipment
To return a product, please send it by post to: Biała 124D, 59-225 Chojnów, Poland

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs related to returning the product. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to arrive may vary.

 

 Customs and stamp duties
Buyers from outside the European Union may be charged with additional fees related to the payment of customs duties and other stamp duties related to import to the destination country.
These fees may vary by country.

Failure to collect the package
In a situation where the buyer does not collect the shipment, the shipment is sent back to the sender, then the buyer undertakes to cover the entire cost of shipping, as well as the costs associated with returning the shipment (important information: return costs are often much higher than the original shipping cost) .

Alternatively, in the event of failure to collect the parcel, the buyer agrees to pay for the total cost of the order (the cost of the goods and their shipment). This is due to the fact that the cost of returning the shipment to the sender often exceeds the value of the goods. In such a situation, the parcel is destroyed by the courier company.
